Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you’ll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
After 14 days, you can upgrade to the Team plan to keep your workspaces and data. If you don’t upgrade, your account will revert to the Free plan and additional users will lose access.

Storage includes all uploaded datasets, generated outputs, and notebook files across your workspaces. You can monitor your usage from the team usage dashboard once logged in.
Each plan includes different compute allocations for running notebooks and geospatial workloads:
  • Free — 21 GB RAM CPU (always available)
  • Team Trial — GPU T4x1 for limited hours, plus CPU
  • Team — Custom compute allocation based on your needs
  • Enterprise — Fully custom compute, including dedicated GPU options
